Take what you learn on your own, and enhance your practice with some group time. You may notice things you have never thought of before. Sometimes we learn more by seeing how diverse our experiences can be and how, what we thought was a deficit can be our strength. I offer group sessions that are either weekly online group classes…or workshop style sessions, all of which allow time for breath, movement, deep rest and inquiry/discussion.

PRIVATE TUITION

If you are considering Private Sessions with Beverly, it is because you know something in your life needs to change, but people telling you what to do without allowing you to understand your own experience is not what helps you grow.
You are ready to explore what you need for you and learn how to do this in a way that best serves your individuality and circumstances.
Learning to interpret the language of your body, mind and spirit is like learning a language by journeying to a foreign country. It may feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable, but once there you find the opportunity to be with the locals (the you within). Here you get to know yourself on a level you may never have understood before.
The Language of You allows for a deep, intimate and loving conversation with everything.
Private Tuition is for those ready and willing to do the work. Do this with the knowledge that the work is yours to choose, Beverly is your mentor and coach. If you simply want to gain some strength, there are many activities you can do at home. If you work with Beverly it is a time to learn not only to heal your body, strengthen mind and hear your heart, but to also create a strong and steady centre that you build.
Private Sessions will be held online and can support you wherever you are in the world. A few sessions can be done in person at her space or preferably outdoors, where you learn to be with Ritam and the healing benefits of Nature.

WALK IN WOOL

Seasonal Class:
Pull on your wool socks, fleecy shirts, wooly caps scarves and gloves and gortex, we are going walking! Get away from your computers and TV's and all of your thoughts.
What is required more than anything is to get back to the nature you came from, breathe fresh air, move your bodies and interact with the world around you.
We are getting a clear vision of what happens to us when we separate from the nature that is our home. It can be easy to give in to a very disconnected experience that compromises our health on many levels.

This weekly offering is far more than simply walking. Walking, in and of itself is a great boon to the body but this will add insight and offer practices that will teach you:

- how your posture can change your walk,
- how the way you breathe will either have you wanting to sit down and quit or have you feeling ready for the day.
- how your legs and your hips need to lead independent lives while still caring about each other and
- how the nervous system is either helped or hindered by how present you are while walking.
- how mindfulness and presence while walking is a meditative experience that can change your experience..
- how getting out for a walk everyday can add more than you can imagine to your life.
Now more than ever is the time to learn how to be in your body in a supportive way that boosts your natural abilities of healing and health and creativity, There is a social aspect as well which brings with it a remembering of what community can be to life.
Group meets 8:30 am Thursdays. Classes booked in grouping of 4. It is pointless to do just one or you miss out on the correlation between all the parts.

POSTURE AND BREATH

Posture and Breath are very intimately connected.
Posture bowed to gravity, desk work, injury, cell phone and tech life, or simple inability to recognize the daily drift of the body, can put your physical and mental wellbeing under constant stress.
Breath is the basis of life and is far more than simply inhale and exhale. How you take a breath can affect whether your physical and mental bodies exist under stress or calm. Each breath taken without awareness provides far less than the body requires. Understanding how a breath occurs and learning to create depth and quality can change your experience of living.
A strong posture will support breath and to breathe with ease and depth can only support a healthy posture and body.
Opening up the chest through posture and beginning to breathe in a way that strengthens the lungs and circulatory system while balancing the nervous system, will have an impact on your immune system. You can book private online sessions or join an online class during the week.

The word Corporation comes from the root Corpus (Corporare), “to combine in one body”. The corporation is a group united in a body for a purpose. It is a whole comprised of united parts, a structure, a system.
If you consider each person within a corporation as a part (cell, organ, support structure) of the whole body of the organization you then begin to understand that if one group or individual within the body is not functioning then the whole structure is affected.
Create an environment where the Corps becomes stronger by caring for the health of the individuals.
This leads to improved productivity, less absenteeism, reduced health costs, and thriving individuals more able to connect and communicate on a creative level with each other.
