Nature is not a place to visit.....It is home.

Nature Wellness

Nature Wellness/Therapy is a path to health and wellbeing which is not a new and miraculous discovery, rather it is a return to something most indigenous and nonurban cultures have known throughout their histories and is now being actively studied and supported by science and medicine. Yoga itself is at its heart.

It is a practice that requires you to accomplish nothing. Rather than trying to do or acquire or complete something, you instead are simply there to breathe, experience and follow invitations from Nature.
The venue can easily be in a short walk on a forest trail, or within an urban park.

Ways to Experience it

-As a company: team building or mental health day.
-Individual guided walks
-Retreats: Either join a retreat or bring me onboard to guide your retreat.
-Workshops: Monthly small group sessions

Benefits

Forest Therapy provides for lower stress and anxiety and adds to an increased level in the sense of well-being. It has also been connected with an increase in disease fighting NK (non-killer)cells. The cells known to fight cancer.

Blood pressure lowers, while stress hormone levels are reduced. It can have an effect on cardiac health and mental wellbeing. Basically time in nature without any pressure to meet some goal triggers our Parasympathetic nervous system, the system that is far more restorative to our physical and mental wellbeing.

Next Sessions

Small group session dates are being finalized and will be available shortly.

I am never alone wherever I am. The air itself supplies me with a century of love. When I breathe in, I am breathing in the laughter, tears, victories, passions, thoughts, memories, existence, joys, moments, and the hues of the sunlight on many tones of skin; I am breathing in the same air that was exhaled by many before me. The air that bore them life. And so how can I ever say that I am alone?
