Yoga should not be daunting or inaccessible. Yoga is for every age, body type, belief system, every mobility issue, lifestyle and purpose.... But sometimes it can feel exclusionary - unattainable to those with normal bodies and lives and everything that comes with it. 

  • If you are breathing - you can do Yoga. The poses are simply one piece of an 8 limb practice that can guide you to a balanced existence.

  • If you are willing to open to the possibility that you can let go of limiting beliefs and allow that small changes happening in the present moment are all that is needed - you can do Yoga.

  • If you know deep inside that working every day and completing all your to do lists is a very small part of what life is about - you can do yoga. (in fact you are already doing Yoga)

  • Whatever the reason.....guess what? - you can practice yoga.

Whether you are in Vancouver or farther afield, younger or older, male or female, need to sit in a chair or lie on the floor, have been practicing for years or have no idea what "practice" is, come visit Ocean Breath and STOP rushing past your life. Instead, take a step into living more fully in each moment of your life. Find less stress, fewer aches, a stronger body and reconnect with what really matters to you.

Fall is winding her colours through our senses...

Fall is the connection to release and harvest, the symbol of slowing down and drawing inwards. The energy of this season is a reminder to soften and allow upwards energy to be replaced with a return to the nourishing energy of the earth from which we are created. Leaves fall from trees and our old relationships and depleting endeavours begin to drop away as well. There comes with autumn, and understanding that when we let go we allow for rest and space and regeneration.
Harvest is a time of celebrating and honouring what will feed us, so take time to honour what you have tended within yourself and find gratitude not only for whatever will create your souls food but also for what will be released back to the earth to feed the roots of next years seeds.
The colours of Spring are heady, bright, exciting. The 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th chakras
The colours of Summer 3rd and 4th chakras, more centered and firey.
Now comes Autumn, her reds and oranges and yellows reflected in the energy of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Chakras. Enjoy the sensual nature of the season.

There is space for 2 more Private Students at this time. This is Beverly’s strength, working with individuals and helping them recognize how their bodies truly were created to move through this life. By understanding how the smallest changes can make the biggest differences you start to recognize how able you are. Our limits are only created by voices outside of us.

Series and Classes

Classes run as a series every 2 months so that you can choose what will fit your life or fit your body. This gives you an opportunity to COMMIT to yourself and to build a sustainable practice.
No contracts or memberships simply your desire to be more.
Quality of classes or quantity.

Calendar/Schedule

Be sure to check the schedule to ensure the class you want to attend has Drop In space if you are not a pass holder. If you are registered make sure you know the dates of classes. Look ahead to plan your time.
Feel free to share feedback on class times you would like to see. Not everything is possible but some things are.

Mentor Program for Yoga Teachers
