We all stand every day. We stand at home, in line ups, at work, in bars, on street corners and sometimes it can feel like a hard thing to do.

We all walk. We walk to the store, we walk the dog, across golf courses, to work, to school and purely for the joy of being outside. What happens when walking becomes hard on our bodies?

In this workshop you will take a close look at how you stand and walk and how it leaves you feeling each day and then you will wipe the slate clean and retrain your body (based on your anatomy) to stand...happily and walk without wishing you could just sit down. Learn the importance of your Psoas and using your body the way it was gifted to you. Make your next years count.
