This started as a private class requested by a student who wanted to explore and begin to understand the larger philosophy of Yoga that moved beyond the poses.
She has requested the time be opened up to anyone who would like to join in and share in the discourse and learning. We will be covering the information that you would also find in the 100 Yoga Immersion program and/or the Teacher Training.

Eight Limbs of Yoga:
Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, Asana, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi
And how all this concepts work with and within each other in order to connect us back to a center that isn't merely reacting to the outer experience but rather reminding us of the experience we are here to remember.
Once a month there will be a 3 Hour Weekend Class that you are also welcome to join.

Thursdays class is a donation based class. Suggested Donation between $10 and $20.
Please consider what you are able to do, what the value of the sharing is for you.

No one is turned away. Please note if you believe that at some point in time you will want to consider becoming a teacher you will be given a form to track your training and hours will be calculated towards training. There will be "homework" for those who choose to truly Immerse.
At the moment class is every second week. May turn into a weekly class.
