Those who joined the First week long morning Intensive have asked for it to return so here we grow again.

Use this week as your chance to understand and experience what having a regular practice can do for each day of your life.
Coming to a class a couple of times a week for just over an hour can be nice and give you a few tools to start to create change.
BUT...getting up each morning, and chanting and meditating and moving while the sun starts to strengthen and the birds sing their songs can be a transformative experience.

Move past the story you have created that "it is hard to get up" and "yeah, but I like/need that extra sleep" "but I am not a morning person" and find out what kind of energy you will feel and how you can be okay without that extra 15 minutes of sleep and how strong your body and mind start to feel when you get up and become part of your day.

You will feel rested and empowered, your mind will be quieter, you will probably find that stress won't rule your day and you may even feel a little kinder towards everyone (including yourself) and they in turn smile more at you.

If you hear yourself already creating reasons why this is the week it won't work then you are the person I expect to sign up.......;)

You will:
Learn a simple sequence of movement and poses you can do each morning when you wake up.
Learn a simple mantra to set the tone for your days.
Learn some breathing techniques to shift the energy in your body.
Experience different meditation and mindfulness techniques.
Come to understand what it means to connect to your divine feminine and masculine.

Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a (non plastic) water bottle
Bring a towel or mat for outside.....if it is nice enough we will do some of the practice outdoors in the peace of the morning.
Bring a journal and pen or pencil.
Have a sweater handy or big scarf that can double as a blanket for savasana.
Bring your curiosity and open heart.

How Much:
$150 + GST,  $110 + GST for the first 5 people signed up.
Sign up for Both Sessions (July and August) $200 + GST

This is not a drop in class. You must commit to all 5 days of practice. It is the beginning of creating a practice. Change does not happen in one instance, it takes a desire to keep showing up in your life. This is what the Yoga really is. (If you miss a day it is up to you...the commitment is to yourself...but you must register for the whole series)
