Yoga is a beautiful and transformative practice, but it may not always feel like the most accessible practice when you have a full body. The course is designed for full bodied folks who are brand new to yoga, or have tried a few classes and would like to learn some modifications specific to your body so that you can enjoy the full experience of what the practice has to offer.

Helen continues to be inspired by the myriad of benefits that yoga has brought to her life. Having completed her 200 hour training in 2012, she completed her 500 hour certification in Summer 2015. Helen’s classes offer you the opportunity to work hard, focus on your breath and above all, she reminds you not take it all so seriously. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share this practice with anyone who expresses an interest, especially those who, like herself, did not see themselves as yogis in this lifetime.
