The practice of Yoga Asana is the 3rd Limb of Yoga.  In this 5 week series, we will study the Yamas, the 1st Limb of the Yogic practice.  Being the moral blueprint of a yogic lifestyle, the Yamas offer us a way of not making our Asana practice more beautiful, but our Self more beautiful.  They are guidelines which remind us how to express ourselves to the outer world from a place of integrity.  This will be a series of self-inquiry into how we might already be following these guidelines in our daily life, as well as a practice of deepening our relationship with them. 

We will progress through the Yamas with one Yama each week for study, discussion, and take-home practice with a follow up the next week.  This is a series in support of anyone with a dedicated heart, regardless of whether you’ve ever set foot on a yoga mat.  These classes will expand your knowledge of Yoga and assist your inner practice in hopes that you will leave feeling good about your personal contributions to the world.                                                                                                                      

About the Teacher: For the past 20 years Vanessa Webb has been a CranioSacral Practitioner, from this, developing her deep interest in the yogic path.  Becoming a certified teacher 9 years ago, she has studied and taught Yoga worldwide. Vanessa is passionate about the world we share becoming a better place through kindness to one another.
